PVOLVE Expands Coast to Coast with New Franchise Studio Awards
9/2/2026

PVOLVE started with a simple realization: fitness shouldn’t leave your body feeling worse over time.
After years of high-intensity workouts and navigating chronic pain from scoliosis, founder Rachel Katzman knew there had to be a better way to build strength — one that worked with the body, not against it. She began exploring functional movement and discovered something transformative: when the body moves the way it was designed to, strength feels different. Sustainable. Energizing. Restorative.
What started as a personal search for pain-free movement became a new approach to fitness.
Today, PVOLVE is redefining what fitness can look like: lower impact, higher intention, and built for the long game.
Because the goal isn’t just results for today.
It’s building a body that supports you for life.

In 2021, Jennifer Aniston went looking for solutions to keep exercising while facing burn-out from her shooting schedule, rigorous workouts, and a back injury.
Spurred by a friend’s results with PVOLVE, Jen began streaming the workouts and had a transformation of her own: in her relationship to fitness. The method’s equal emphasis on aesthetic results and longevity changed how she thought about working out—so much so that in 2023 she joined the company.
